Our self-catered service is all about providing the seemingly small things that add up to make a big difference. We go the extra mile not only to offer pre-arrival advice and help, but also have an in resort concierge service for you to tap into as needed once you are settled in your accommodation.
Prior to your holiday in Sainte Foy
Our booking and concierge team have a wealth of knowledge about the mountains, Sainte Foy resort and the surrounding area. They can help arrange travel, lift passes, ski instruction and childcare at your request.
We will give you all the information to get you started along with hints and tips for a great holiday in Sainte Foy. The idea is that you are as independent as you want to be, but you know there is support if you need it…. Relax and enjoy your time in the mountains!
Once in Sainte Foy resort…
We will be offering a virtual check in for all our self-catered and contactless-catered guests, but rest assured our in-resort staff will remain very much on-hand to assist you during your time in Sainte Foy. Should you need us in person, social distancing measures will be respected to protect both you and our team.
It’s good to know there is advice and help at hand. This is where our unique and helpful in resort concierge service shines. They can help you with restaurant bookings, last minute off-piste guides & heliskiing, a special occasion, alternative winter activities, babysitting, massage/treatment services, food deliveries and more at your request.
We can also arrange additional Première Neige services for you during the week (at additional charge) including inter-resort transfers, housekeeping and additional towel or linen changes. Contact our team for more details.

We know flexibility and independence is key, but also knowing help is at hand is paramount. We believe these things are important for you to have an exceptional holiday experience. We’ve provided below a summary of what you can expect in a Première Neige self-catered property.
*We kindly request that guest’s remove all rubbish & recycling, start the dishwasher, and report any damage or breakages prior to departure. An excess cleaning charge will be added to your account in the event that the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition.
