A new addition to our portfolio for winter 22/23, Chalet Susie is the perfect mountain escape for couples, or small groups or families.

This characterful property covers two floors and a generous 70m2 of a converted Savoyard farmhouse in one of the original parts of Sainte Foy, and has been tastefully furnished with your comfort in mind.  Suitable for parties of 2 or more, the layout consists of one master bedroom with space for a cot or additional z-bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room should you require.

On the ground floor entry level you’ll find the well-equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area with stone flag flooring, exposed wooden beams and comfortable Chesterfield furniture, including sofa bed.  Underfloor heating adds an additional cosy feel to the property, and there is also a utility room with washer machine/tumble dryer, plus Wi-Fi and UK Freesat TV for your convenience.

The well-appointed kitchen includes dishwasher, induction hob, double oven,  Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and fridge freezer, as well as plenty of worktop space.

Upstairs you’ll find a large, comfortable master bedroom, with superking bed, which can also be split into two single beds should you prefer.  There’s lots of built-in storage as well as an en-suite shower room, and separate WC as well as amazing mountain views across the valley on this upper level.

The property is located within the Bataillette sector of Sainte Foy resort – there is a convenient and regular shuttle bus service a stone’s throw from the property to ferry you straight up the hill and onto the slopes a few hundred metres away each morning, and the red “Retour Bataillette” piste provides you with a convenient route home at the end of the day.

The property is available on a Sunday to Sunday basis, and can also be rented in conjunction with its sister chalet, Chalet de L’Ours which is close by.
