It’s the perfect ski-in, ski-out location; you can almost hear the skiers whizz past on the Retour Batailletaz slope at the rear of the chalet. To the front you overlook the nursery slopes.

Ground Floor & Garage: The ground floor entry level has a private garage and spacious boot room equipped with boot heaters and plenty of hanging space plus access to the private lift which will effortlessly carry you to the other floors.

The Bedrooms: The bedrooms are generously spread over two floors. The first floor includes the spacious master bedroom, boasting a stunning outlook to Mont Pourri. Equipped with a built in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with a bath + shower attachment and W/C. On this level, there is also a separate washing machine and drying area next to the lift as well as a separate toilet.

The second floor has 3 further rooms. Bedroom 2 has a corner bath in the ensuite with vanity unit and w/c and a large walk in wardrobe, plus access to the hot tub is on the side terrace with it’s breath-taking views. Bedroom 3 has a built in wardrobe, ensuite shower room and access to a large balcony in front. Bedroom 4 has double patio doors leading onto the balcony, and built-in wardrobe. It shares a separate shower room with toilet and basin with bedroom 5 (a separate small child’s room next door), making it perfect as a family suite. Both Bedrooms 3 and 4 boast stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The Living & Dining Room: The chalet is cleverly designed to make the most of the mountain views with the spacious living and dining area located on the 4th floor where you will be greeted by the view of Mont Pourri.  There is cosy seating around the log fire and a generous dining area with bespoke dining table. There are two wide balconies leading off the dining area with access to a covered, private terrace offering fabulous views.

There is further space above on the mezzanine area where you can retreat to contemplate the view, relax and read a book or our younger guests to play. A sofa bed can be made up here on request.

The Kitchen: Is brand new and well-equipped with quality appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and induction hob. Complementing the kitchen, there is also a separate utility room with modern appliances and extra storage.

We had the slopes to ourselves

A beautiful quiet child friendly luxury resort. Not sure we can ever go back to a bigger resort after this - we've pretty much had the slopes to ourselves.

Top class accommodation & ski resort

We've been coming to Ste Foy for over a decade and never tire of the quiet slopes, wonderful variety of off piste, lack of queues for the lifts and excellent snow conditions. With 2 small children it has always felt like a safe haven for them and every day we can often see them in their ski lessons - which always puts a smile on my face and my mind at rest.

Skiing as it should be

The pistes of sleepy Sainte-Foy offer skiing as it should be. Tucked away in the Tarantaise valley between the attention-grabbing ski resorts of Les Arcs, Val d'Isère, La Rosière and Tignes is charming, low-key Sainte-Foy.

the mountain will talk to you

People think Sainte-Foy is four lifts and eight pistes, but it's not, it has closer to 2,000 runs, because you can ski the whole mountain. When you get to know this special place, the mountain will talk to you. This is skiing as it should be, not as it has become.

Charming chocolate-box French resort

Sainte Foy, the charming chocolate-box French resort, is a go-to destination for off-piste skiing. The small, family-friendly town is hailed the 'jewel in the crown' thanks to its location, nestled between four world-class resorts.

A hidden gem not to be missed

This hidden gem is nestled amongst big hitting resorts such as Tignes and Val d’sere in the Tarentaise Region - But should not be missed. Yes, there are only four lifts, but these open up a huge amount of fantastic skiing, especially the off-piste in the Vallon de Clou over the back. 10km powered faces and lines through the trees lead you down through ancient farming villages that are a world away from the mega-resorts further down the valley.

Perfect resort

We have skied most resorts and countries in Europe, and some in North America. St Foy is perfect for a family holiday, and perfect for a range of skiing abilities.

Everything you need

It’s still quiet after all these years and has just enough of everything without being excessive. It feels authentic. It’s great for both first time skiers and the more experienced and adventurous. We’ll be back!
