Apartment Les Balmes is a spacious and well-appointed property in a superb ski-in, ski-out location, right opposite the lifts.

Accessed directly from the nursery slopes, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, plus an additional mezzanine level leading off the living room, accommodating 6-8 guests. There is much to love outside this gorgeous holiday home. The star of the show is of course the balcony hot tub with its views of the nursery slope and chairlift. Warm and ready for you when you come in off the mountain. Sinking into the soothing bubbles is a sheer delight! There’s also a large balcony on the other side of the property with outstanding views across the Tarentaise valley.

The property can be rented on its own for 6-8 guests, or in conjunction with Apartment La Cascade directly next door. There is an adjoining double door linking the living areas of both properties should you be looking for a combined self-catered option for 14-16 guests.

On the ground floor of Apt Les Balmes is a bright and comfortable living area, with log fire and adjoined open plan kitchen and dining area. There is a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, and the high ceilings and French windows leading out to the balcony mean there is plenty of natural light. The mezzanine level bedroom is just upstairs.

Downstairs, on the lower floor of the property you’ll find the sauna, separate toilet, as well as three bedrooms – one double and two twins, all of which are ensuite and with plenty of storage. The property also has its own ski locker facility, UK TV, as well as Wi-Fi internet access.
