Our Commitment

We understand that the present Covid-19 situation is creating a lot of uncertainty and that you may be nervous about committing to a holiday. However we want to re-assure you that we have been working hard behind the scenes to get our holiday program for next winter in place so that you are able to book with confidence. Should Cover-19 disruption mean that you are unable to take your holiday this coming winter season you will have the choice to move your booking to next season.

Your Safety

No-one can predict the coming months but we are following all recommended guidelines in resort to ensure your safety and will keep you updated with our guidelines as the winter season approaches.

In the meantime we are keeping this page for recent updates, frequently asked questions and some positive news to help you plan your winter escape to our snowy mountain environment.

We hope that some more peace of mind and flexibility will go a long way to help you feel more confident booking a holiday with us, so we are offering the below measures, for a limited period only, should your holiday be unable to proceed as a result of Covid-19.

  • 100% refund with no questions asked until 19th September 2020 for all holiday deposits made from 1st July 2020 for this winter season (season 20/21).
  • Choice to move your booking until next season should Covid 19 prevent you from travelling this season.
  • Improved cancellation terms to allow you to be in the driving seat should you wish to change your mind.

The above table applies to new bookings only, made from 1st July 2020 onwards for bookings departing this season only, ie December 2020 to April 2021.

After September 19th your deposit will be non-refundable and our usual Holiday Terms & Conditions apply:

  • Balance remains payable at 10 weeks. Failure to pay the balance without giving notice of the intention to cancel on the basis of travel being prevented by Covid-19 restrictions imposed by Governments will mean that normal cancellation terms are applied.
  • In the event that departure of the holiday is postponed until after April 2021 or that a replacement holiday is booked, normal cancellation terms will then apply.

We’re looking forward to hearing from you, however, we are still working remotely with a reduced team. This means communication is limited in the following ways:

Our telephones are not manned all the time, however you can always leave a voicemail and we will listen to it in due course. One of our sales team will get back to you either by email (if we have it) or a return phone call.

Chat Message
We have a chat messaging system which shows at the bottom of each page. This is a great way to get in touch with us and is quick and easy to use. When the office is not manned you can leave a message for us.

You can either fill in our contact form with a message, and this is a great way to tell us what type of accommodation you would like to book and has some helpful questions to help us answer your query quickly. Alternatively you can email us directly using [email protected]. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

We aim to try to respond within 24 hours, but please be patient in these difficult times.

For clarity and to keep you fully informed, we’ve updated our holiday terms & conditions that include our refund policy, insurance and other important information. We would strongly advise you read them thoroughly before booking your winter holiday for your peace of mind.

Part of our Terms & Conditions for your holiday is that you have adequate insurance. We’ve been keeping our ear to the ground to find out about available insurance policies in light of the last few months of covid 19. Some providers are already offering medical insurance as we head towards our departure from the EU and we have no doubt more will become available. We understand that holiday bookings are difficult to plan and feel confident in. To give you peace of mind we are offering a 100% refund on all holiday booking deposits made from 1st July 2020 for our winter 20/21 holidays up until the 19th September 2020. Our kind of social distancing

Just a few of the reasons Sainte Foy ticks the social distancing boxes:

  • Consider this – we all wear gloves and face coverings by default on the slopes – it will feel normal. How great is that!
  • Sainte Foy only has chairlifts; none of the big cable cars and gondolas of bigger resorts.
  • Those quiet slopes and pistes – need we say more

New Lifts… faster with better spacing

Sainte Foy is in the process of adding additional chairs to the bottom chairlift (Grand Plan). This will mean better carrying capacity.

Additionally, there is a completely new 6 man chair going in to the 2nd lift (Arpettaz) to replace the old 4 man lift. This lift will also travel more quickly than the older lift for a speedier ascent!

Saturday 19th December 2020 Lifts Open

Sunday 18th April 2021 Lifts close.

So don’t delay, get the dates you want while you can.
