It’s not only the quiet pistes and safe environment that make Sainte Foy a great choice for families, but also the fact that all our chalets are within easy walking distance of the slopes, ski school and local kids club.

The skiing is fantastic too. There’s a good range of green and blue runs to learn on, build confidence up and then some fun reds to whizz down. Little one’s progress quickly here, with ski classes tending to be smaller than in larger resorts, and with the quieter slopes there is nothing to fear!

This equally applies to adult beginners. With the more challenging blacks, famous off-piste itineraries and nearby resorts to explore, Sainte Foy has something to make the whole family smile.

Sainte Foy has a great selection of ski schools, and Première Neige can book private tuition or local guides too.  And best of all, Children under 5 years ski for FREE in Sainte Foy!

Première Neige ski chalets and ski apartments are all in close proximity to the local kids club and the ski lifts (all are less than 150m), so no catching shuttle buses, just a pleasant stroll to the ski slopes and easy to get back to for lunch or to get those forgotten gloves! (see map)

We have a selection of cots, highchairs, stair gates and prams for you to use free of charge during your ski holiday as well as baby monitors and sterilisers. Please just let us know in advance so we can have them ready for your arrival.

We can also provide a selection of children’s toys in your ski chalet (subject to availability). Our FREE DVD library contains many of the latest children’s films for guests to enjoy in their chalets.

In addition, we can also pre-order nappies, baby wipes, baby formula and jars for you to save on luggage and hassle – so once you have booked your accommodation just email us with your requests.

Yes, all child seats are included in the price of your transfer. Our UK sales team will arrange an appropriate child seat in the vehicle when you arrive at the airport or train station.

There are four ski schools in Sainte Foy with English English-speaking instructors and staff.

There are 2 lovely beginners’ ski slopes centrally located, with “magic carpets” to help them up to the top. Both are located within spying distance from the restaurants where parents can sit and watch their child’s first ski holiday steps!

Snocool offer 30 min one-to-one sessions exclusively for 3 year old’s with an instructor (30€ per session). These short taster sessions prove to be very popular and are a great opportunity to ease children in gently at such a young age. It also offers you the flexibility to book more lessons throughout the course of your holiday if things are going well!

Alternatively, ESF offer group lessons for 3-year old’s in their Club Piou Piou group.

Alternatively, you can book private lessons to ensure your children learn together.

The local kids club (available from 3-11 years) is situated just below our main reception area in the centre of the resort – less than 100m to the slopes. (see map)

The kids club is run in collaboration with ESF ski school who offer ski school pickups, so you can maximise your precious time on the mountain!

If you have booked lessons through Snocool you will need to make your own arrangements unless this has been prearranged with one of the instructors.

Private nannies are more than happy to make sandwiches for your children in your accommodation. Please provide ingredients or leave petty cash for nannies to go shopping.

Please note that we do not allow nannies to prepare hot food in our properties.

Yes, you can book childcare in-resort however we do recommend that you secure any childcare prior to arrival as these services are subject to availability.
