We believe that Catered chalet dining should be more than just a home-cooked meal, for this reason, we only recruit experienced and talented chefs. They are passionate about food, love to utilise local produce and take pride in creating mouth-watering dishes. This is reflected in the ongoing praise we receive each year for our excellent food and service.
Our chefs all bring their own particular style to the dining table so each chalet has a different weekly menu for the 5 catered nights of your stay. For our guests this means fabulous and exciting up to the minute ideas for meals, often with international flavours; leaving you with wonderful memories both on and off the slopes.
On each of the catered 5 nights there is a set menu however, do let our sales staff know in well in advance of your arrival of any dietary requirements in order that chefs may plan ahead and ensure the best local ingredients are ordered.
If you wish your youngsters to have an earlier tea – all homemade, fresh and nutritious, of course – then please let us know in advance of your arrival so we can pass the message on to your chalet team.
