You can also search by using our chalet tiles which show saturday or sunday changeovers as well as number the property sleeps. See the following categories

- Feature Collections. This option gives you some guidelines for crucial elements (large groups, for families, hot tubs, spa facilites, couples, etc)
The chalets all have availability charts attached to them and a ‘Book Now’ or ‘Enquire Now‘ facility.

Step 2: Book Online Now or Request a Quotation
You can ‘book now‘ from each property page or by using the search facilities mentioned above. However, we understand that sometimes it’s just easier to speak to someone in person to discover further details on each property, resort information, what’s included, etc. We pride ourselves on tailor-making ski holidays based on our clients’ wants and needs, so please feel free to get in touch to receive your personalised quotation.

Step 3: Booking Your Ski Holiday – Deposit Payments
Once you have decided upon the perfect accommodation for you, it’s really easy to secure your ski holiday:
To book your holiday, a deposit of 20% (or a minimum of €300, whichever is greater) of the accommodation cost is required, with the remaining balance payable 9 weeks prior to your holiday start date. For reservations made within 9 weeks of arrival, payment will be required in full at the time of booking.

Know which property you’d like to book? Fantastic! We have a ‘book now’ button on every property page which leads to a secure payment portal so that you can book any time of the day or night. Card types accepted are Visa and Mastercard.
Bank Transfer
Should you wish to make a bank transfer, please call or email us to confirm you would like to secure your property. We can then provide you with our bank details and will provisionally hold the property whilst we await for the payment to be received.

Once You’ve Booked Your Premiere Neige Ski Holiday in Sainte Foy
Now that you’ve chosen your dream accommodation for your holiday in Sainte Foy with Première Neige, what happens next?
Confirmation Of Your Booking
Once your deposit payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email, which also contains your unique client login details. These details will enable you log in to your client portal, accept our booking terms and conditions, and to manage all aspects of your booking going forward.
The property is now secured for your stay with Première Neige, and your holiday balance is payable 9 weeks pre-arrival. (For bookings made within 9 weeks of arrival, payment is required in full upon booking)
What Happens Next?
You should log in to your client portal upon receipt of your login credentials. Please check the details of your reservation and advise us immediately if any amendments are required.
Your client portal provides access for you to manage your booking, including:
- completing your party details (including any dietary requirements for catered bookings)
- booking transfers & childcare services
- pre-booking discounted lift passes & equipment hire
- pre-booking ski school
- massage, food delivery services, travel insurance and more…
- management of your payments and final holiday balance
Popular services such as transfers, childcare and ski school should be booked as a priority to avoid disappointment.
Additional extras for your holiday in Sainte Foy
Our team are on-hand to help you book additional services like Ski Lessons, Equipment Hire, Childcare, Ski Passes, etc. We highly recommend you do this early, especially in peak weeks.

All other extras are really easy to add on too, such as, inter-resort transfers and additional mountain excursions and experiences, such as husky sledding.
Transfer Bookings
Due to the popularity of transfer services, we highly recommend you book these in as soon as you have booked your accommodation & travel. Full payment is required upon booking to secure these services.
Transfers are priced in Euros, and can be paid for by bank transfer or by calling us to pay by card.
