Step 3: Booking Your Ski Holiday – Deposit Payments

Once you have decided upon the perfect accommodation for you, it’s really easy to secure your ski holiday:

To book your holiday, a deposit of 20% (or a minimum of €300, whichever is greater) of the accommodation cost is required, with the remaining balance payable 9 weeks prior to your holiday start date. For reservations made within 9 weeks of arrival, payment will be required in full at the time of booking.

Bank Transfer

Should you wish to make a bank transfer, please call or email us to confirm you would like to secure your property. We can then provide you with our bank details and will provisionally hold the property whilst we await for the payment to be received.

Once You’ve Booked Your Premiere Neige Ski Holiday in Sainte Foy

Now that you’ve chosen your dream accommodation for your holiday in Sainte Foy with Première Neige, what happens next?

Confirmation Of Your Booking

Once your deposit payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email, which also contains your unique client login details.  These details will enable you log in to your client portal, accept our booking terms and conditions, and to manage all aspects of your booking going forward.

The property is now secured for your stay with Première Neige, and your holiday balance is payable 9 weeks pre-arrival. (For bookings made within 9 weeks of arrival, payment is required in full upon booking)

What Happens Next?

You should log in to your client portal upon receipt of your login credentials. Please check the details of your reservation and advise us immediately if any amendments are required.

Your client portal provides access for you to manage your booking, including:

  • completing your party details (including any dietary requirements for catered bookings)
  • booking transfers & childcare services
  • pre-booking discounted lift passes & equipment hire
  • pre-booking ski school
  • massage, food delivery services, travel insurance and more…
  • management of your payments and final holiday balance

Our team are on-hand to help you book additional services like Ski Lessons, Equipment Hire, Childcare, Ski Passes, etc. We highly recommend you do this early, especially in peak weeks.

All other extras are really easy to add on too, such as, inter-resort transfers and additional mountain excursions and experiences, such as husky sledding.

Transfer Bookings

Due to the popularity of our transfer service, we highly recommend you book these in as soon as you have booked your accommodation & travel. Full payment is required upon booking to secure these services.

Shared and private transfers are priced in Sterling, and can be paid for by bank transfer or by calling us to pay by card, as with accommodation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions regarding booking a Première Neige holiday, as well as links to some additional material which we hope you will find useful. If you cannot find the answer to your question please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Local “Taxe de Séjour” is payable on all bookings. This is a french tourist tax payable by all guests over 18yrs and over, and is charged at 1€ per adult per night. This is payable as part of your in resort bill. We are legally obliged to collect this from all eligible guests and pass this directly to the local commune.

Optional in-resort services such as inter-resort transfers & babysitting etc. are payable prior to departure as part of your end of stay bill, and can be settled with our Concierge before you leave resort.

We are able to accept payment in Euros for any aspect of your holiday, including local purchases such as lift passes, which are payable in Euros as standard. Please contact our Sales Team beforehand for our daily exchange rate.

Part of our Terms & Conditions for your holiday is that you have adequate insurance.

If you find anything wrong in your holiday documentation, or if you just wish to change something about your holiday, contact our Sales Team, who will be happy to make the necessary amendments, and to discuss further the changes that you may require.

As a returning client, we will be delighted to offer you up to 10% off the cost of your holiday accommodation. This applies to all holiday weeks, with the exception of Christmas, New Year, February Half Term & Easter where a 5% discount is available. Simply quote your previous reservation details on booking.

Childcare, Transfers, and Ski School should be booked as soon as possible – especially around school holiday dates, where these services are extremely popular, and subject to availability.

Lift passes, equipment hire and pre-arrival shopping with our partners at Huski etc. can all be ordered through our convenient Online Client Portal, so that these are all ready for your arrival in Sainte Foy.

If you need to cancel your holiday, please contact our Sales Team as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is clearly defined in our Terms & Conditions, which should be read in full, prior to confirming your booking.

All guests must be adequately insured for their holiday, to cover cancellation or curtailment, in addition to any winter sports activities that they may choose to undertake during their holiday in Sainte Foy.
