Whether you arrive at the start of your ski holiday by train or plane, we are able to pick you up and transport you safely to Sainte Foy and your chalet or apartment.

We understand that travelling to France can be a tiring experience, especially when you are travelling with bulky equipment or a family, so why not let us complete the last leg of the journey for you? That way, you are free to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery as you enter the Alps!

Which pickup locations do we serve?

We are able to pick you up from the airports of Geneva, Lyon, Grenoble, Chambery and Annecy as well as the train station in Bourg Saint Maurice.

How does it work?

Arrive at the airport or train station to be greeted by one of our fully-trained, friendly drivers. Our drivers, who are all English speaking, will be looking out for you and waiting with a sign so that you can easily identify them. You will be given your driver's name and number in advance and your driver will also have a contact number for you.

Your driver will then show you to your warm 4WD Volkswagen minibus; all of our vehicles are the latest models and are fitted with winter tyres and snow chains where necessary. Your luggage will then be put into the vehicle while you get seated and comfortable. If you have children, your pre-booked complimentary child or booster seats will be ready and your driver will help ensure all seat belts are fitted securely before setting off.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey to Sainte Foy! If you have any questions 'en route' regarding the resort, your holiday property, or perhaps the snow conditions, just ask your driver and he will be happy to help!

On arrival at Sainte Foy, you will be shown either straight to your chalet (if you have chosen a catered holiday) or to the Première Neige concierge desk (if you are self-catering) where you will be checked in*. Our friendly concierge staff can answer any queries you may have. Once you are checked in, your driver will take you to your chalet or apartment and help you put your luggage into the property.

In the event that our transfer buses are full or for large groups we can book you on a transfer with our preferred local transfer company, The Cool Bus. The Cool Bus are competitively priced and provide a punctual and friendly service. We will arrange all the details and book the transfer on your behalf.

Please note that these options, whilst being amongst the cheapest around, will invariably cost more than a Premiere Neige transfer.

Settle in, relax, and enjoy the start of your holiday in Sainte Foy! Should you wish to explore the neighbouring resorts or enjoy an evening meal at one of the local restaurants during the week, pop in to concierge to arrange another convenient transfer.

* N.B. Please note that check-in time is 4pm on your arrival day. If your property is ready before 4pm we will do our best to ensure an earlier check-in however this cannot be guaranteed. We try our best to prepare properties as early as possible but during busy periods this is not always possible.

Transfer Terms & Conditions.

This service allows you to explore the local surrounding ski resorts and restaurants, all of which are a short drive from Sainte Foy. Whether you would like to try a day trip to La Rosière with lunch in Italy, go to Val d'Isère to do some shopping, or sample some authentic Sainte Foy cuisine at one of the restaurants near to the resort, we are able to take you there - just pop into our Concierge office during your holiday to find out pricing and availability.

La Rosière:

Taking around 25-30 minutes to reach, we will drop you either directly next to the lift pass office or at the main stretch of shops and bars. More information...

Les Arcs:

The easiest way to get to Les Arcs is to be dropped at the uncrowded chairlift at Villaroger, just 15 minutes' drive from Sainte Foy. From here two chairlifts will drop you right into one of Les Arcs' large ski bowls. More information...

Just 15 minutes from Sainte Foy, we will drop you at Tignes Les Brevieres. From here you are able to redeem a heavily discounted day lift pass to the Espace Killy (Tignes and Val d'Isère). More information...

Val d'Isère:

At 25 minutes from Sainte Foy, La Daille is the best drop off location to enter the ski slopes. Work your way around the valley and even head for the far end, Le Fornet. We can also drop you in the town centre if you prefer to shop or have a bite to eat. More information...
