At the end of a long day on the ski slopes, why not sooth those aching muscles with a relaxing massage? Or perhaps you would just
like to be pampered and treat yourself while on holiday? We can arrange various treatments, both in the comfort of your own chalet or
apartment or locally.

- Swedish massage
A firm but gentle pressue to improve the circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation.
Swedish massage employs five different movements: long, gliding strokes, kneading of individual muscles, friction, tapping, and
vibration. Swedish massage is the foundation for other types of Western massage, including sports, deep tissue and
aromatherapy
- Hot stone massage
Hot stone massage is a variation on classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The
stones may be placed at specific points on the back, in the palms of the hand, or between the toes. The heat warms and relaxes the
muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and
calms the nervous system. Hot stone massage is suited to people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage
The treatments are all geared to each client’s individual needs on that specific day. The Mountain Equilibre studio is just 10
minutes from Sainte Foy resort in the local village or treatments can be booked for your chalet or apartment in resort.

body longer leaner, stronger and more supple. Pilates also helps to relieve stress and tension leaving one feeling revitalised and
relaxed
- Reflexology

stimulates the body to achieve its own state of equilibrium, relaxation and good health
