This is where our local knowledge can make all the difference. Once you have chosen your accommodation, our concierge team can pre-book your ski passes, ski hire, childcare, airport transfers, and even a Birthday cake!

As our concierge team speak both English and French, they are able to help with any local bookings. So if your French-speaking skills are a little rusty or you just do not feel confident making bookings yourself, simply ask the concierge team and wherever possible we will fulfill your request.

Over the years we have established excellent relationships and partnerships with lots of local businesses and have a wealth of information about services on offer in and around Sainte Foy. Whatever your question, please do not hesitate to ask and we will do our utmost to help.

Pre-Booking & Information Services:

Let us do all the ground work before you even arrive, then all you have to do is make sure that your boots fit!

We are able to either pre-book certain activities and services or provide you with all the information you need to finalise the details before your come on holiday.

• Airport Transfers: would you like a private, chauffeured airport pickup in one of our VW minibuses which seat 8 passengers and plenty of luggage? Pre-book your transfer with us today!
• Babysitting: Relax and enjoy an evening in one of the local restaurants in and around Sainte Foy. All of our babysitters are responsible Première Service employees, either from the crèche or the rest of our resort team. They are contactable by phone should you want to check that all is well.
• Bread Delivery: wake up and enjoy fresh croissants, freshly-baked bread or some pain au chocolat! Just let our concierge team know what you would like from our selection and we will deliver your order straight to your door each morning
• Crèche Childcare: one of our most popular services! Whether for half days or whole days, from 6 months old to six years old, we have a fully-certified crèche with fully-qualified nannies. We will even pickup your children from ski school at lunchtime and safely bring them to the crèche for some fun afternoon activities!
• Daily Newspapers: pre-order your British newspapers for the week and we will deliver them each morning
• Flower Ordering: open your chalet door to fresh flowers. We will arrange your delivery with our local florist so that you can enjoy flowers in your property
• Fresh Cakes: special occasion or celebrating a Birthday? Let us know and we will make and deliver a cake to you!
• Massage and Reflexology: treat yourself to a massage (swedish or hot stone massage) in the comfort of your chalet or apartment. Or why not try reflexology, a deeply relaxing pressure point foot massage, which stimulates the body’s own natural healing processes? Let our concierge team know and we will arrange your appointment
• Private Nannies: relax while a fully-qualified nanny cares for your children in the comfort of your own chalet or apartment. Your nanny will be with your children all day from 9am to 5pm for all 6 days of your stay and will prepare fun filled indoor and outdoor activities as well as a nutritious lunch
• Ski Guide Reservations: there are several excellent options for ski, snowboard and mountain guides in Sainte Foy. Contact our concierge department to find out more and to pre-book your own guide
• Ski Passes: fill in the simple form, return it to our concierge team and we will arrange the passes so that they are ready for your first day on the slopes
• Ski Pass Insurance: as with the lift passes, add how many people in your group wish to take out ski lift pass insurance (recommended) on the form, return it to our concierge team and we will get it added to your lift passes
• Ski / Snowboard Equipment Hire: we have set up a special client discount with Ski Set which enables you to enjoy discounts of up to 30% if reserved in advance on line. Click here to see how much you could save on equipment hire!

• Travel Insurance: we are able to offer travel insurance for your holiday through our partnership with Travel & General Insurance Company plc (TGIC). From standard travel insurance to specially-tailored packages covering winter and extreme sports, you can be covered for either single or multi-trips either in Europe or even worldwide
• Welcome Hampers: as supermarkets in France are generally not open on Sundays, it can sometimes be difficult to get supplies for your self-catered holiday. So whether you are travelling on the weekend, plan to arrive late in the day, or simply would like to arrive at your chalet or apartment knowing that the shopping is done, why not upgrade with our welcome hamper service? Once in resort our concierge team can give you lots of information about the services on offer as well as organise some extra activities for you. Whether you would like to ski another resort for a day and require a ski safari transfer, or you would like to go husky riding or book a local restaurant, the team is on hand to help. In-Resort & Information Services:

• Chambermaid Service Upgrade: for our self-catered chalets and apartments. Let one of our housekeeping team keep your chalet or apartment spick and span so you don't have to do the chores while on holiday! A housekeeper will clean communal areas, bathrooms, the kitchen, and will even tidy up the beds.The chambermaid service is available Monday to Friday (subject to availability) for a minimum of two hours each day at €20 per hour.
• Helicopter Rides: contemplate the unique Alpine landscape of the Tarentaise Valley from the air. A choice of four different helicopter itineraries will give you a new perspective of the world that you will never forget!
• Horse Riding: discover the mountains by horseback! There are a range of itineraries for children 8 years old and above, beginners to experienced riders
• Husky Rides: experience this unique travel experience and explore the forest pathways of Sainte Foy with your own team of eager huskies
• Ice Climbing: taste the world of mountaineering with a fun and accessible half day introduction to ice climbing. No experience is necessary, just a keen desire for adventure!
• Ice Diving: explore the underwater world of the lake at Tignes Le Lac and go for a 15 minute ice dive! No diving experience necessary and all equipment supplied
• Ice Driving: discover the thrilling sport of ice driving behind the wheel of a Subaru Justy or Imprezza with the fully qualified driving instructors
• Quad Biking & Buggies: experience the unique sensations alone on a quad, or shared by two in a buggy!
• Parapente/Paragliding: soar through the skies of the valley and land on the snow! Tandem flights, performance and bespoke flights
• Restaurant Reservations: book in for a traditional Savoyarde meal at one of the local restaurants in and around Sainte Foy. Ranging from traditional, local food in atmospheric settings to contemporary restaurants with varied menus
• Ski Biking: try racing down the slopes of Sainte Foy on a ski bike!
• Ski Safari: explore the local ski resorts with our local transfer service, ski safari. Return drop-offs to Val d'Isère, Tignes, Les Arcs and La Rosière
• Snowmobiling: hold on tight for a high speed adventure that will make the mundane drive to work seem like a far off dream! Learn to drive the skidoo yourself or enjoy being the passenger
