Concierge and Services Available

About Concierge

This is where our local knowledge can make all the difference. Once you have chosen your accommodation our concierge service can pre-book your ski passes, ski hire, childcare, airport transfers and more...

Let us do all the ground work before you even arrive; then all you have to do is make sure that your boots fit!

Once in resort we can organise a few little luxuries too. A morning bread basket, newspapers, wine and beer deliveries, a massage in the comfort of your own chalet - they are yours for the choosing.

Our drivers and new vehicles are at your disposal too, so whether it is a day trip skiing to another resort, an afternoon of retail therapy in Val d’Isère or dinner in Le Miroir just let us know and we’ll take you there.

If you would like to experience self-catering with style, why not consider upgrading with use of our additional services to make your holiday even more luxurious:

Chambermaid Service

Let one of our housekeeping team keep your chalet or apartment spick and span so you don't have to do the chores while on holiday! A housekeeper will clean communal areas, bathrooms, the kitchen, and even tidy up the beds. The chambermaid service is available Monday to Friday (subject to availability) for a minimum of two hours each day at €20 per hour.

Welcome Hampers

As supermarkets in France are generally not open on Sundays, it can sometimes be difficult to get supplies for your self-catered holiday. So whether you are travelling on the weekend, plan to arrive late in the day, or simply would like to arrive at your chalet or apartment knowing that the shopping is done, why not upgrade with our welcome hamper service? Please contact us for further details.

Bed & Breakfsat

This option gives you real flexibility between a catered and self-catered holiday. If you would like to be looked after but still want your own time in the evenings, why not consider this service which includes six days of the following:

  • A hearty breakfast of fresh croissants, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit and cereals
  • Daily delivery of the English newspapers
  • Afternoon tea with homemade cakes ready for you after your day on the slopes
  • Concierge reservation service for activity information and bookings
  • Daily chambermaid service taking care of all household chores
  • Quality bed linen and towels with a mid-week towel change
  • Elemis Spa bathroom products
  • Cots and highchairs available on request

The Bed & Breakfast service is available as a discount on the catered rates: £125 off the catered prices per adult, £75 off the catered prices per child.
