A late addition to our 2011/12 property portfolio Apartment Lac Noir offers an ideal mountain retreat for a group of up to 6 family or friends.
This is a beautiful apartment with a really traditional feel. Superbly decorated, and with a cosy living area complete with fireplace and beautiful wooden beams, this property also benefits from satellite TV, giving you the best of both worlds.
What's more, you couldn't wish to be in a more convenient location for access to the slopes and resort centre. Situated at the foot of the nursery slopes, Apartment Lac Noir is virtually ski in/out and is only a 2 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and bars of the resort centre.
On the ground floor of the property is the cosy living area, complete with fireplace, flatscreen TV and DVD player. From here guests can access the private balcony and enjoy the stunning uninterrupted views of the valley.
The adjoining open-plan kitchen is very well-equipped indeed, and includes microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee machine.
On the same level, you'll find a comfortable twin bedroom and further bunk bedroom which share a spacious family bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs is the master bedroom (available as either a double or twin room) with ensuite shower room and WC.
Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor adds to the homely feel, and guests also have access to a shared ski room where there is a private ski locker.. The apartment also benefits from its own private parking space in the nearby underground car park - ideal for those driving to Sainte Foy!
