A brand new addition to the Premiere Neige portfolio Chalet Cheval Blanc offers the very best in luxury self-catered accommodation that Sainte Foy has to offer. Located just 20m from the piste and a 2-minute walk to the resort centre it is perfectly situated to enjoy all that the resort has to offer.
Spread over 4 floors this chalet has recently been fully refurbished and refurnished to the highest standard in traditional wood and stone and tastefully decorated throughout. The property possesses several luxury features including underfloor heating, boot heaters, sauna and several large balconies from which you can admire the views.
Just a stone’s throw from the piste and under a minute from the ski school, nursery slope, the tabac, a bar, two restaurants and a privately run spa. The main centre of Sainte Foy is a just a short walk or ski across the nursery slopes.
The boot and ski room is located on the ground floor along with the sauna and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Above this is the large open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped complete with hob, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave and plenty of storage space. The dining table is large enough for at least 10 people to sit comfortably. The main double bedroom with ensuite shower room is also located on this level just off from the dining area. There is a lovely spacious balcony on this floor with access via the double bedroom and the dining area.
The third floor is taken up by the vast seating area which is furnished with sumptious suede couches, log burning fire, large flat-screen Freeview TV with Blu-ray and a separate WC. There is also access to another balcony from this floor enabling you to make the most of the spectacular views available from this property.
On the top floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms. One Austrian twin and two doubles. The Austrian twin shares a Jack and Jill full bathroom with the other double rooms. There is also a shared shower room across the corridor. There is access to a mezzanine level via one of the double rooms which could easily accommodate up to another 2 adults or 3 children. (Please note the ceiling on the mezzanine is quite low and the steps up fairly steep – it would be ideal for slightly older children).
