Chalet Laurels is situated at the foot of the children’s nursery slope, just 50 metres from the ski school meeting points and chairlift, so is virtually ski in/ski out!
It offers a luxurious standard of self-catered accommodation with spectacular views across the Tarentaise valley to the Aiguille Rouge and Mont Pourri mountains.
At over 175m2 in size, Chalet Laurels can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across its 4 floors.
On the lower floor there are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom, with bath/shower,wash basin, and seperate WC. The property also benefits from a sauna and underfloor heating throughout.
The middle floor consists of a further two twin bedrooms, each with west facing balconies, as well as a family bathroom with bath/shower, twin sinks and seperate WC. There is also a convenient utility room and "the snug" - a cosy area with bunk beds and sofa...ideal as an additional sleeping area, quiet reading room or children's play room!
On the entry level, the front door opens onto a large, spacious and sunny sitting/dining room with comfortable sofas, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows onto the balcony. There is a cloakroom with WC and ski room with boot dryer.
The top floor has the double bedroom under the eaves, offering stunning mountain views and a shower room with washbasin and WC.
The property has its own designated parking space in the adjacent underground car park.
