Première Neige Childcare is second to none, with a purpose-built crèche, offering dedicated childcare for children from 6 months to 10 years, private nanny service for newborns right up to 12 years, and an evening babysitting service.
Sainte Foy has a number of ski school and private tuition options and ski school pick-ups are included in our childcare service. With smaller classes than in larger resorts, your little ones will receive the best possible care during their lessons.

Première Neige holds an Air Travel Organiser's License ATOL No 9876 issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. Air holidays and flights arranged by Première Neige is ATOL protected.
Première Neige is also TOPP bonded with Travel & General Insurance which ensures our financial security. Total Payment Protection Policy (TOPP) is an insurance policy that your travel organiser has arranged to protect monies that you have paid them in relation to your holiday. It means that if your travel organiser should fail before you travel then you will be refunded your money.

Flexible Changeover Days
We offer Saturday and Sunday changeover days in our properties, affording guests maximum flexibility when booking their travel. It allows you to choose to travel on days when the roads will be less busy and avoid the initial 'arrivals day' rush. This flexibility also means that the slopes are even quieter on the last day of your holiday!
