Booking Your Accommodation
Once you have decided which catered chalet or self-catered chalet/apartment you would like, just let your sales representative know either by email or phone. From this point, the booking process is as follows:
- Deposit
To secure self-catered bookings we require a deposit of £100 per person (minimum of £300 per week) plus your signed booking form.
To secure catered bookings we require a deposit of £200 per person plus your signed booking form.
If your booking is within 10 weeks of arrival we require payment in full.
Please note that childcare and transfer payments must be paid at the same time as accommodation deposits (see below for how to make payments). - Confirmation of Deposit
Once we have received your deposit in our account we will confirm this by email. Please note that cheques may take a little longer to bank and confirm. - Remaining Balance Payment
At 10 weeks prior to your holiday start date, any remaining balance needs to be settled. We will get in touch to let you know the amount to be settled. - Confirmation of Remaining Balance Payment
Once we have received your remaining balance payment in our account we will confirm this by email. At this point you are paid in full. Please note that cheques may take a little longer to bank and confirm.
Please note that in order for your booking to be fully confirmed we must have received payment in full as well as a completed booking form. - How to Make Payments
UK or French cheque payable to Première Neige Ltd.
UK or French bank transfer.
Visa or Mastercard credit card. The payment is charged in Euros with a 2% bank charge. This fee is waived on deposits. - Paying for Childcare
Crèche and private nanny payments must be made to Première Service Ltd. For full details see the 'families' section.
Final Arrangements
Once your booking is fully confirmed, we will contact you prior to your holiday start date to see if we can help pre-book lift passes, refer you to our equipment hire partners (our clients can receive discounts), provide information on ski schools, and even arrange Birthday cakes. Travel
There are various ways to travel to Sainte Foy. We are able to book Sunday flights between Gatwick and Chambéry. Please see our 'getting to Sainte Foy' section for full details.
Arrival
Please note that check-in time to our properties is 16:00.
During Your Stay
If you have any questions at all during your stay, our concierge team is on hand to help and is located in the centre of Sainte Foy.
Departure
Please note that check-out time from our properties is 10:00.
