Booking Your Accommodation
Once you have decided which catered chalet or self-catered chalet/apartment you would like, just let your sales representative know either by email or phone. From this point, the booking process is as follows:
- Deposit
To secure self-catered bookings we require a deposit of £100 per person (minimum of £300 per week).
To secure catered bookings we require a deposit of £200 per person.
If your booking is within 10 weeks of arrival we require payment in full.
Please note that childcare and transfer payments are due in full upon booking (see below for how to make payments). - Confirmation of Deposit
Once we have received your deposit we will confirm this by email. Please note that cheques and bank transfers may take a little longer to process and confirm. - Remaining Balance Payment
At 10 weeks prior to your holiday start date, any remaining balance needs to be settled. We will get in touch to let you know the amount to be settled. - Confirmation of Remaining Balance Payment
Once we have received your remaining balance payment we will send you a confirmation email. At this point you have paid for your holiday in full. Please note that cheques and bank transfers may take a little longer to process and confirm.
Please note that in order for your booking to be fully confirmed we must have received payment in full for all invoices as well as your completed online booking form. - How to Make Payments
UK or French bank transfer.
UK or French debit card.
Visa or Mastercard. There is a 2% bank charge on credit cards. This fee is waived on deposits.
Sterling (£) or FRENCH Euros (€) cheque, payable to Première Neige Ltd.
If you wish to make a Euro payment, please contact us for the appropriate exchange rate. We are only able to accept Euros cheques issued in France - clients wishing to pay in Euros who do not have a french account may pay by Euros bank transfer, or Credit/Debit card. - Paying for Childcare
Créche and private nanny payments should be made to Première Service Ltd. For full details see the 'families and childcare' section of our website.
Final Arrangements
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an online confirmation form. Here you will be able to book your lift passes, welcome hampers, bread and newspaper deliveries, and even Birthday cakes. To view the full list of pre-arrival services, click here.
You will also find links through to our equipment hire partners, Ski Set where Premiere Neige client receive a discount of up to 40%. You will also find a link through to Sainte Foy's ski schools to assist in booking your lessons.
Travel
There are various ways to travel to Sainte Foy. We are able to book flights and transfers on your behalf. Please see our 'Getting to Sainte Foy' section for full details.
Arrival
Please note that check-in time to our properties is 16:00.
Local Taxe de Séjour
Taxe de Séjour is a local tax set by the Mairie which we are obliged by French law to collect at the time of your stay. It is charged on all furnished holiday accommodation for all people over the age of 13 years. This is typically priced at approximately 0.30€ per person, per night, and is included in the rental price of any Premiere Neige accommodation.
During Your Stay
If you have any questions at all during your stay, our Concierge team is on hand to help and is located in the centre of Sainte Foy.
Departure
Please note that check-out time from our properties is 10:00.
