Booking your Winter Ski or Snowboard Holidays

Call us on UK +44 (0)870 383 1000 or in resort on +33 (0)4 79 06 30 55 and we will discuss all your winter holiday requirements.

To secure your booking we require a deposit of £100pp on a self catered holiday (minimum of £300/week) and a deposit of £200pp on a catered holiday along with your signed Booking Form. If your booking is within 10 weeks of arrival we require payment in full.

The payments can be made by:

  1. UK or French cheque (payable to Premiere Neige Ltd)
  2. Bank Transfer (UK or French accounts)
  3. Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) The payment is charged in Euros with a 2% bank charge. N.B This fee is waived on deposits.

Once we receive your Booking Form and Deposit we will send you an email confirming your winter holiday. The balance is not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival.

We highly recommend you book your travel arrangements as far in advance as possible to enjoy the lowest fares. (Visit our travel section for more details or we’ll be happy to help.)

Our concierge service will be in touch to help with all your additional requirements including ski school, ski hire, skilift passes, ski chalet and ski apartment services.

We are the only operator in Sainte Foy to offer financial protection.

In compliance with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 and an insurance policy has been arranged with Travel and General Insurance Company plc to protect customers prepayments paid in respect of non-flight inclusive packages commencing and returning to the UK the ground handling aspects of packages where the customer is responsible for arranging travel to the destination inbound business to the UK offered in this brochure / literature / document / on this website (subject to the terms of the insurance policy), for: a refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already travelled or repatriation of customers to the UK in the unlikely event of our financial failure.

Catered booking deposits:
We require a deposit of £200pp to secure your booking. The balance is not due until 10 weeks before arrival.

Catered booking discounts:
Children from 7 to 12 yrs receive a £50 discount each. (Age at booking)
Children from 3 to 6 yrs receive a £100 discount each. (Age at booking)
Infants under 3 yrs who share their parents' room in a cot are FREE. (This applies to fully occupied chalets only.)
Infants under 3 yrs who wish to have their own bed are £350/week.
