Our “Cub Club” crèche is located in the heart of Sainte Foy resort. It is purpose built, fully licensed and is one of the best equipped ski crèches in the French Alps.
We offer quality childcare so that you can enjoy your family ski holiday safe in the knowledge that your children are receiving the best possible care and attention.
The Cub Club is stocked with a wide range of toys and games and has a central play area, separate sleeping room which is fully monitored, a separate dining area, under-floor heating throughout, children’s toilets and nappy changing facilities. There is plenty of natural light as it is not in the basement of a chalet like so many other crèches in the alps...
We only provide limited places in the crèche so you can be sure your child is receiving personal attention whilst on you are on your ski holiday in Sainte Foy. Our team of fully qualified nannies provide a fun, caring environment so your child will not be sat in front of a video all day!
We take your child’s safety very seriously from the very start of the booking process for your skiing holiday.
Our crèche and nursery is fully equipped with all modern safety features, we have taken away any sharp corners, all doors have anti-pincer devices which ensure that little hands do not get caught and those areas that the little ones like to go (where they are not meant to!) are well secured.
The "Cub Club" crèche was built from scratch and conforms to all French licensing standards, alas this is not the norm in the alps where many crèches are unlicensed!
The Premiere Service crèche is in a very central and easy, accessible location. There is lots of room and an abundance of natural light, except in the separate, monitored sleeping area.
All of our childcare staff are extremely experienced. They also have to pass a police background check and each nanny has a First Aid certificate.
Please note that the crèche is part of Première Service and all prices quoted here are in euros.

Your nanny will be able to drop off and pick up children from ski lessons, bring them to visit you for lunch or entertain them all day long while you enjoy your skiing!
...So you can relax and enjoy an evening in one of the many local restaurants in Sainte Foy and surrounding areas safe in the knowledge your children are being well looked after.
All our babysitters are responsible Première Service employees, either from the crèche or the rest of our resort team. They are contactable by phone should you want to check that all is well.
Our nannies are all extremely experienced and their references have been thoroughly checked. They are chosen for their previous experience and rapport with children which ensures your child is in a positive environment which focuses on learning and enjoyment whilst on holiday.
All of our nannies speak English as their first language and are qualified in first aid. There are excellent medical facilities in the area should your child become ill at any time during your winter ski holiday.
Each Nanny in the Cub Club can look after:
The current childcare ratios are:
* Sourced from the Guidance & Regulations to the Children Act Vol 2
Our crèche has a maximum occupancy of 10 children so our ratios are much lower than the national average ensuring your child receives the best care whilst you are on your family ski holidays.
Our childcare products are often in great demand and places are limited, we therefore strongly advise you to book as early as possible, especially during peak family ski holiday periods.
If possible, don't travel on a Saturday as airports, motorways and mountain roads are very busy. At Premiere Neige we offer Sunday transfers – the roads and airports are much quieter and travel to your ski resort of Sainte Foy will be much more comfortable.
If you plan to fly, feed your baby on take-off and landing. This encourages them to swallow at regular intervals and decreases the likelihood of painful air pressure symptoms. The same applies when you arrive and depart from Sainte Foy ski resort as you climb and descend from altitude.
Pack some food, baby wipes and toys for the journey, if you book a Premiere Neige transfer we can provide these for you. Our latest model VW minibuses include all modern safety features as well as Baby/booster seats.
Take plenty of warm clothing for your children, hats, scarves, gloves and goggles are essential on a family ski holiday.
A backpack to store hats, scarves, gloves etc. for the family whilst out and about in the snow, and don't forget plenty of high factor sunscreen.
Hire a helmet for your child. Safety is of paramount importance on a family ski holiday. All of the local ski shops have this facility and it is compulsory during ski lessons that your child wears one.
Pre-book Ski School and Childcare including babysitting if you can. At peak times in the season, Christmas, half-term and Easter, ski school can get booked and childcare is very popular for family ski holidays.
Premiere Neige can provide all the children’s equipment that you will need in Sainte Foy resort. We have a selection of cots, seats and prams for you to use during your holiday as well as baby monitors and sterilisers; we can even provide a selection of children’s toys in your ski chalet. Premiere Service has its own Cub Club crèche and private nanny service available 6 days a week. We also run a babysitting service in the evenings to allow parents time to explore the cosy bars and restaurants of Sainte Foy and the local area.
There is an ESF ski school with English speaking instructors and staff. The ESF run a morning ski school for children catering for beginner to advanced level skiing. There is a lovely beginners ski slope centrally located at the bottom of the first lift with a restaurant next to it where parents can sit & watch their child’s first ski holiday steps!
Sainte Foy is a small resort and boasts few queues, no crowds and lovely wide pistes- so plenty of room for the family to have fun skiing and snowboarding without fear of losing children or being wiped out by the crowds.
