A stylish, contemporary chalet with stunning views of the valley from the balconies on each of the four floors, Chalet Chevalier is situated in the upper part of the resort at just 130m from the ski slopes.
Lavishly furnished with great attention to detail, this chalet offers a selection of areas in which to relax; the mezzanine level with its chaise longue, the spacious, open living area with huge sofas and log fire, the specially-designed TV area with yet more deep sofas and a giant plasma TV screen, plus an additional relaxing room on the lower ground floor. Large balconies on every level allow you even more space to enjoy the spectacular views across the resort, the valley, and to the chalet's namesake, the 'chevalier' (meaning 'horseman') landmark on the ascent to the peak of Mont Pourri. The newly installed hot tub on the lower balcony provides the perfect place to relax whilst enjoying this amazing and dramatic landscape.
Just a two minute walk from the edge of the piste, Chalet du Chevalier is in a superb location. With a separate entrance at the front of the chalet, you can step directly into the ski and boot room and remove your boots inside. A fifteen-set boot heater rack assures that your boots will be dry and warm for the following day's skiing or snowboarding. The second front door, which opens straight from the entrance and living area, facilitates quick trips to the resort centre without having to walk through the ski and boot room.
The bedrooms on the two lower floors accommodate up to ten people more than comfortably. The additional bunk room means that the chalet can accommodate a further two people; this room is ideally suited to children. Aside from this bunk room, every bedroom in the chalet has its own ensuite bathroom so there is no need to wait for a bath at the end of a day on the slopes. Every bedroom with ensuite bathroom also has direct access to the balconies looking across the resort and to the surrounding mountains. To give you the ultimate flexibility, three of the bedrooms can either be made up as doubles or twins, the beds being specially-designed to either combine or separate.
