A Première Neige catered holiday is more than just mouth-watering cuisine. It is a fully encompassing service, tailored to your every need and fulfilled by professional, yet friendly, staff.

Imagine being welcomed to your home for the week with canapés and a glass of chilled champagne. Settle down in front of the log fire while your private chef puts the finishing touches to your four course, sumptuous evening dinner. Freshly-prepared produce, a selection of local cheeses and specially chosen wines all culminate to create an exceptional dining experience. After dinner fresh coffee and petit-fours await you in the comfort of your spacious living room.

Following a refreshing night's sleep in crisp, white linen, awake to the aroma of brewing coffee and oven-baked croissants. Bolstered by a hearty breakfast of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bacon and eggs, head out to the pristine, quiet slopes of Sainte Foy. Before the private heli-skiing trip pre-arranged by your chalet host, enjoy a traditional Savoyarde lunch at one of the mountain restaurants.

Arrive home to the smell of fresh baking, cut a slice of home-made cake and regale stories of the day's adventures. Sink into a deep bath of soothing Elemis salts and wrap yourself in a warm, fluffy towel while you freshen up for the evening. Following another exquisite feast relax into your beautifully-made bed to revitalise for another glorious day on the slopes...

Your overall service is so very impressive, polite and straightforward, starting from a general inquiry through to organising the transfer home. The concierge service on site is a boon and made sure our trip out to eat at Chez Merie was easy. The chalet service was efficient and very relaxed. Our rooms were always spotlessly clean and tidy. The staff were well very briefed about St Foy, the day's weather, places to eat, ski hire and passes etc.
